Shipping Terms

Free Samples:
As free samples are provided by Fine Cosmetic Packaging Co. Ltd, you can request some empty packaging with freight collect. Please tell us you account in DHL,TNT,Fedex or UPS. You can also prepay the shipping cost and tax by Western Union and Moneygram. 1~3 pcs of existing samples will be sent in 1~3 business days. Send email to get free samples or inquiry about expenses of sample shipping by Once your samples has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
Samples Order:
As the existing samples may not meet your various ruquirments, OEM service is a good option for you. Please send the specific inquiry including item no., color, shape, capacity, artwork(printing color, LOGO size,etc) to our sales expert. We will estimate the cost of sample order and arrange production after receiving the payment. The sample order will be sent to you by our courier account in DHL,FEDEX,EMS or ACS EXPRESS
Formal Order:
Most formal orders will be sent by ocean shipment after mass production finished. If you need them in airshipment or by courier, it will greatly save the shipping time while there will be extra high expenses.

When will I get it?
Free Samples: 1~2 business days to send; 4~6 business days to arrive 
Sample Order: 7~15 business days to send; 11~21 business days to arrive
Formal Order: 15~27 business days to send; 25~65 business days to arrive
Business Days are defined as: Monday through Friday and excludes most China and your country holidays.

Please note that your item must ship before you can track it. Your package may not be visible within the shipper's tracking system until several hours after the product leaves our warehouse.

Sample cost refund:
For free samples and sample orders, you can get a sample cost refund by deducted from amount in your first formal order in Fine Cosmetic Packaging Co. Ltd.. The rate of rufund may not excess 1% of the order amount.
If you not satisfied with what you chosed after receiving the samples and need more options, we will provide you more free samples for you. And you have to confirm to pay for the shipping cost and tax accordingly.
If there's any quality problem, please take some photos for us. We will send you replacement in 3 days after confirm your photo, with expenses prepayed by our account.
Wrong Item or Quantity Shipped:
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will help you select an alternative or credit your account. If we sent you more products than you ordered, please notify Customer Service and return the additional quantity. Please notify us within 7 days or you will be billed for the additional quantity at the full price, even if you didn't order it.
Damaged in Shipping:
If your shipment was damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement. In the unlikely event that an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product with similar features. If you do not want the alternative product, we will gladly give you a refund for your original purchase when we receive the return of your original product. Any product(s) returned must follow our Exchange / Return Policy.
Shipment Refusal:
If your shipment arrives at the "ship to" destination and is refused, we will contact you to verify the address and notify you of when a second delivery attempt will be made. If we cannot reach you within one week, your order will be cancelled. However, we will not be able to cancel any service agreement on your behalf. You may be required to honor your contractual obligations if you do not notify your service provider promptly.
